"Therapy is the sacred space where your pain is heard, your strengths acknowledged, and your dreams nurtured."

Ronda Monroe, M.S., NCC, CCTP

With a warm and collaborative approach, I aim to create a safe and judgmental-free space for client’s to develop the self-awareness and tools needed to make positive changes in their lives.

My clinical specialty embraces adults who come from difficult childhood experiences and dysfunctional family relationships, and are now realizing how this impacts their present adult life. Together, we can explore parental hurt (mother/father wound), generational patterns, developmental and relational trauma, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), family dynamics, innerchild work, and reparenting.

My clinical focus includes depression, anxiety, trauma and stress, self-esteem issues, attachment injuries, grief, relationship and family challenges, workplace wellness, burnout, personal development, and life transitions.

I utilize an eclectic approach, pulling from various interventions to acknowledge each client's individuality and specific needs. Additionally, as a 200hr trauma informed yoga instructor, I incorporate a holistic approach that emphasizes the mind-body connection through nervous system awareness and somatic practices.

I am provisionally licensed for LPC under Matt Dooley, LPC, NCC, CPCS (MTDooley Counseling) at Midtown Psychotherapy Associates and hold my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and credentials as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with over 3 years of experience in private practice, community agency, and corporate school setting.

I am currently seeing adult clients (18+) in the state of Georgia for individual, couples, and family therapy.
